How do you find nonprofit careers that allow you to be hands on with those who the nonprofit serves with a degree that’s backed more by policy like political science

There’s quite a few nonprofits that do policy/advocacy work that work to empower their constituents, so that might be a good road to go down. Also, I feel that a lot of nonprofits have a mission and structure with some sort of policy component to it.
